How do you convince municipalities, companies and private users to switch to environmentally friendly trucks and commercial vehicles? By experiencing them. That's why the state company NRW.Energy4Climate invited interested parties to the test and driving event "Experience electric drives! Test and driving event for trucks and commercial vehicles" at our test center on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. This company is working on the further development of electromobility in North Rhine-Westphalia on behalf of the NRW Ministry of Economic Affairs.

As summer is unfortunately still a long way off, we are taking you today to an exciting documentary about Team Sonnenwagen from Aachen and their participation in the Bridgestone World Solar Challenge in Australia in 2023: 3,022 km through the outback from Darwin to Adelaide in seven days.

With 54 pre-registrations, the response to the second edition of the bike race at the Aldenhoven Testing Center was very good. The weather forecast was also excellent with 17 - 19 °C and only a light wind.

Head over heels in the rollover simulator or racing on the go-kart track - the AutoFrühling Aldenhoven offered fun and entertainment for everyone. With a goal wall, bouncy castle and balloon art by magician Nataly Laforte, there was also plenty of entertainment for younger guests. They enjoyed the Aldenhoven fire department on Sunday.
