On November 7, 2024, the Jacobs Group invited around 400 guests to a special after-work event at the Aldenhoven Testing Center, which was dedicated to the latest Audi model, the Audi A5. The event not only offered participants the opportunity to experience the vehicles up close, but also to test their impressive performance under real-life conditions on the test track.

The Aldenhoven Testing Center was re-audited last week by TÜV Rheinland in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.

The Aldenhoven Testing Center, in cooperation with the company Driving Concept, offers drivers various qualifications to prove that they are qualified to drive on the proving ground:

Today we are focusing on our vehicle dynamics area:
The flat circular area has a diameter of 210 meters and can be used for motorcycle, car and truck driving tests up to an axle load of 10 tons. The acceleration lane is 400 meters long as standard and 500 meters as an option. It fulfills all requirements for safety assist tests according to Euro NCAP.

Last weekend, BOS112 held a successful exercise at the Aldenhoven Testing Centre together with the Alsdorf fire and rescue services.
