How do you convince municipalities, companies and private users to switch to environmentally friendly trucks and commercial vehicles? By experiencing them. That's why the state company NRW.Energy4Climate invited interested parties to the test and driving event "Experience electric drives! Test and driving event for trucks and commercial vehicles" at our test center on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. This company is working on the further development of electromobility in North Rhine-Westphalia on behalf of the NRW Ministry of Economic Affairs.

The welcome and introduction by the Ministry was followed by the presentation and exhibition of the participating vehicles. There was also plenty of time for networking and exchanging experiences.

As part of the event, there was the opportunity to test battery-electric or hydrogen-powered trucks available on the market and to find out about the advantages and opportunities of a climate-friendly fleet conversion.

Interested parties were also able to take a closer look at the vehicles on display during test drives. Around 170 guests took part in the free event.
