On the weekend of June 28 and 29, 2025, nine riders took the opportunity to attack existing world records on their recumbent bikes at the Aldenhoven Testing Center. A new edition of the successful events from 2023 and 2024, at which several world records were broken.

As part of the “SeLv” project funded by the German Federal Ministry of Transport, the hydrogen truck designed by the Chair of PEM (Production Engineering of E-Mobility Components) of RWTH Aachen University has successfully passed crucial tests for individual operating approval (EBE) – a significant milestone for hydrogen mobility in heavy-duty transport.

As part of the AutoFrühling on the grounds of the Aldenhoven Testing Center, several classic car clubs organized charity trips for the benefit of the Deutschen Interessengemeinschaft für Verkehrsunfallopfer e.V. (DIVO). The FIAT 600 Freunde Deutschland, the Lloyd Freunde IG e.V., the Mercedes-Benz R129 SL-Club e.V., the MB W201 & C-Klasse Club e.V. and Mercedes-Benz InteressenGemeinschaft e.V. were also present.

Last Friday, the management of the Aldenhoven Testing Center presented a symbolic check for 1650 Euro.
