The 6th Euregio Charity Truck Convoy brought smiles to everyone’s faces on Saturday. A total of 96 lorries gave 96 girls and boys – many of whom are seriously ill – some unforgettable moments.

After the vehicle presentation, the convoy set off on a roughly 50-kilometre tour to the Aldenhoven Testing Centre, where the lorries completed three laps of the site.

The charity event was launched in 2019 by Wolfgang Schiffers, chairman of the Düren-Aachen Motorists' Association. In addition to providing a special experience for the children, Schiffers has another goal in mind with the charity convoy: to raise funds for seriously ill children and teenagers.
