On 9/3/2022, you might have thought at first glance that our test site had turned into a pool table. What looked like many colorful balls was the exciting recumbent race of DropLimits, a network of recumbent cyclists and record chasers. 39 riders* participated. There was an elimination race or a fastest lap that was done at more than 80 km/h; there was also an hour race.

The first Proving Ground Conference, on the initiative of the Aldenhoven Testing Center, RWTH Aachen University and mm-lab GmbH will take place soon:

On September 13, 2022, an excursion to the Aldenhoven Testing Center will offer the opportunity to experience our test site live and attend demonstrations on test tools, test site management and the Vodafone 5G Mobility Lab. The day will end with a joint dinner and exchange.

Bright sunshine, excellent atmosphere and many impressions of the development and future of automotive mobility - this is how the Mobility Day last Sunday can be summarized in a nutshell. On the occasion of its 50th anniversary, the district of Düren had invited visitors to our grounds, and District Administrator Wolfgang Spelthahn was able to welcome more than 1,000 citizens. Among the guests was also the NRW Minister for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Transport, Oliver Krischer, as well as numerous other personalities from the region.
