Practical, safety-oriented, and realistic:
At the driver training session at the Aldenhoven Testing Center on January 20, bus drivers practiced challenging driving situations under professional conditions at the start of a year-long training series – from emergency braking on our braking track to evasive maneuvers and driving on different road surfaces, including in the oval.

The driving training was organized for employees by WestVerkehr GmbH, a regional transport company from the Heinsberg district, in collaboration with BBG Gesellschaft für betriebliche Beratung und Betreuung mbH. The training is recognized as continuing education under the Professional Driver Qualification Act.

Training objectives:

• Increasing road safety
• Strengthening risk awareness
• Optimizing driving technique and responsiveness
• Greater safety and comfort for passengers.
