Several thousand interested visitors came to the Aldenhoven Testing Center in summery weather, where they could again enjoy driving, entertainment, and information on mobility. Whether in the rollover simulator from ADAC Nordrhein e.V., the motorcycle simulator, or behind the wheel on the steep curves—AutoFrühling Aldenhoven offered a thoroughly successful event for the whole family.
On Saturday afternoon, the rock band CRAMP played live music. The Aldenhoven Fire Department demonstrated their capabilities with fire trucks, and the Traffic Safety Association showcased their vehicles. For the younger guests, there was also a giant bouncy castle, and free rides in e-karts for children ages 6 and up – which were very popular.
With 13 partners and 17 brands represented, visitors could discover a wide selection of vehicles, trikes, accessories, and everything related to cars and RVs. A magnificent Koenigsegg was a real eye-catcher and a popular photo subject. Many thanks to Esser Automotive!
A perennial highlight for many was the opportunity to test drive their dream vehicle directly on the test track. Participants can download free digital souvenir photos from the Aldenhoven Testing Center here.
On both days of the event, the classic car clubs Lloyd Freunde IG e.V., OC Stolberg, Mercedes-Benz R129 SL-Club e.V., Mercedes-Benz IG Deutschland, and Triumph IG Südwest e.V. showcased their vintage “treasures.” The lovingly maintained classics were real eye-catchers for classic car fans. Of course, food and drink were also well taken care of at AutoFrühling Aldenhoven.
