On August 10th, the Campus Talk #2 of RWTH Aachen Campus GmbH took place. Exciting guests from politics (e.g. NRW Minister of Economic Affairs Prof. Andreas Pinkwart), science and business discussed the topic "5G in practice".

Thanks to the cooperation with Vodafone, the Aldenhoven Testing Center site has an open mobile communications test field, the 5G Mobility Lab, which provides current and future mobile communications generations for networking vehicles and infrastructure in addition to a dedicated WLAN. The lab is one of the most modern mobile communications development and test environments for the connected and autonomous traffic of the future. In addition to predefined standard configurations, specific, individual configurations can be provided. These include, for example, country-specific settings or special network features

In conjunction with other customer-specific ICT components and solutions, the required ecosystem for automotive and mobility applications and associated services can be flexibly created. Thhus all relevant communications solutions are available.
