Automotive proving grounds continue to face challenges, for example with an increasing number of autonomous vehicles or vehicles undergoing automated testing. With safety a top priority for all involved in testing, requirements arise in many areas such as test protocols, design, operations and connectivity. Due to this, the first Proving Ground Conference took place last year on the initiative of the Aldenhoven Testing Center, RWTH Aachen University and mm-lab GmbH.

In 2023, we would like to build on the success of the first Proving Ground Conference. Therefore, this year's conference will again serve the testing community as a place for exchange and discussion. We invite all interested parties to meet in person (again), exchange knowledge and experiences, and get in touch with experts.

Make a note of September 19 and 20 already now. Early bird pricing is available until March 31, 2023!

Would you like to not only participate, but also contribute? Then you can apply to speak by submitting a short abstract on the following topics:

  • Safety on test sites
  • Testing of automated and autonomous vehicles
  • connectivity
  • Test site operation
